Not able to open anything in ARIS Client

Hi All,

I am facing an issue with ARIS 9.8.8 version. I am able to login to the application but cant browse through any folder or can not open any model or anything. All the runnables are up and running. Database has more than enough space available.

Can you please suggest what can be wrong here and any suggestions to fix it.

Hi Bharat,

Check if you're using only the Java Plug in 1.8 version... 
Does are you using some Browser to load the ARIS , if yes, try to use another Browser...
