ARIS Connect: unable to switch from one database to another in ARIS Portal
I have a question regarding ARIS Portal: our end customers have their portal set to Spanish and they're unable to switch from one database to another.
In this particular case, the default database displayed on the portal is the one named Desarrollo, as seen below:
for example, if I attempt switching to another database (in this case, United Motor Group)
When I click anywhere else on the screen, it automatically switches back to the default database without accessing the desired database.
As an additional information, this does not happen when the portal language is set to English but I also tried German and French and the problem still persists.
Any clue of what could be happening?
